The Edge Catering is owned by Craig Forbutt, who has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, covering Cafes, Function Centre’s, Major event catering and corporate catering. Logistics is his speciality.
Renee Higgs has been the Head Chef at The Edge Catering since 2014 and has worked for the owner Craig Forbutt for over 10 years. With over 18 years of experience in the industry Renee is able to create menus for any occasion.
