The Edge Catering was established in 2010 and has been located at its current site in Braddon since 2012.

Edge has gained an outstanding reputation in the Canberra Region, as the caterer of choice for many Private and Public Organisations.

We strive to provide food of the highest quality and aim to source as much local produce as possible.As the ACT Governments preferred caterer at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC), the team at Edge has provided exceptional service covering large functions, corporate conferences, speciality events and public catering.

Owner

The Edge Catering is owned by Craig Forbutt, who has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, covering Cafes, Function Centre’s, Major event catering and corporate catering. Logistics is his speciality.

Head Chef/General Manager

Renee Higgs has been the Head Chef at The Edge Catering since 2014 and has worked for the owner Craig Forbutt for over 10 years. With over 18 years of experience in the industry Renee is able to create menus for any occasion.
