Staff and Equipment Hire

Edge Catering is able to provide you with those little extras which can make your event flow easier or even add that special touch. All our team members have under taken the Australian Government’s COVID-19 Infection Control Training to ensure that they maintain a safe working environment for themselves and our clients.

Staff Hire

There is a minimum 3 hour hire period per staff member.

Function Chef $50.00 per hour $70.00 per hour $80.00 per hour

Equipment Hire

  • All platters, crockery, cutlery and catering equipment remain the property of The Edge Catering
  • All equipment to be returned clean and in working order, cleaning fees will apply if items returned dirty
  • Breakages, non-returns or damaged goods will be charged to the client
  • Late returns will be charged at the standard per day hire rate.
  • All catering equipment items listed here may be requested on the order form when you place your order.
